4.2 Network Information
Select Network Information to view the Network
Address Type, IP Address and Subnet Mask.
4.3 Connection Test
The Connection Test allows the user to test the
internet connection.
4.4 IP Address Setting
Auto: Best choice, the system sets the IP address.
Manual: Set an IP address manually:
a. The Network Information page will display, and the
IP Address row is highlighted.
b. Use the CURSOR keys to navigate the columns
and enter the IP address using the 0-9 keys.
Use the CLEAR key to clear the entries.
c. Press ENTER to confirm the IP address you have
entered.
4.5 BD-Live Connection
Select the desired BD-Live connection:
Permitted: Always allows internet access.
Partial Permitted: Allows internet access to BD-Live
content with valid certificates only.
Prohibited: Never allow internet access.

Screen Saver
Select the amount of time before the screen saver
activates.
5.2 Disc Auto Playback On/Off
When On is selected the disc will automatically
start playing when the disc tray is closed.
When Off is selected disc playback will not begin
until the PLAY key is pressed.

5.3 CEC (Consumer Electronics Control)
CEC allows HDMI connected audio and video
products to work together as a system.
For example when CEC is "On", opening the Blu-ray
player disc tray and inserting a disc will signal to the
TV to Power on and if necessary change to the BD
player input.
When you turn Off your TV the HDMI connected and
CEC enabled Blu-ray player will enter the stand by
mode.
NOTES:
CEC functions require compatible devices and
HDMI connections.
See your Owner's Guide to determine if your
TV or AV Receiver supports CEC functions.
5.4 Firmware Update
Please see page 14 for options and instructions for
downloading and installing operating firmware
updates.
NOTES:
After the system update the version number
will be updated and visible in the system
information area.
5.5 Load Default Settings
Reset all settings of the Blu-ray Player to the initial
factory shipping defaults or condition.
Note: Loading the default settings will reset the
Parental Control Password.
5.6 Deactivate Online Service
Reset the Online Service settings.
5.7 System Information
To view the system related information and Software
version.
5.8 BD-Live Storage
View information about the storage status or Erase
BD-Live data.
