POPUP MENU/TITLE MENU
During DVD/Blu-ray Disc playback, press the POPUP
MENU
/TITLE MENU
key to access the disc menu.
The POPUP menu will appear on-screen:
1. Use the CURSOR keys (LEFT/RIGHT
to navigate the menu.
2. Press the ENTER key to select from the MENU.
3. Press the
RETURN
key to close the menu.
SPECIAL FEATURES INCLUDED ON SELECT BLU-RAY DISCS
INTRODUCTION
The storage capacity of a Blu-ray Disc delivers high
definition pictures and sound as well as special
features on some discs.
BLU-RAY DISC AND JAVA
This player features Java technology for playback of
compatible Java Blu-ray Discs.
BLU-RAY AND HDMI
HDMI is the best choice for connecting your Blu-ray
player to a high definition television or AV Receiver.
BLU-RAY DISC PLAYBACK
Blu-Ray discs playback offers enhanced interactivity
compared to standard DVDs.
NOTES:
PLAY RESUME: The Play Resume feature is not
available on BD-Java discs.
A-B repeat is disabled on some discs.
ENHANCED FEATURES
BONUS VIEW: PICTURE IN PICTURE(PIP)
NOTE: This special feature is only on some Discs.
Please see the package for details about the
feature content on each disc.
During Play:
Press the PIP key to turn on Picture-in-Picture
(Secondary Video)
1.The Secondary video plays. Press the PIP key to
turn the feature "X/Y AVC" and OFF.
"X" indicates the selected video
"Y" indicates total number of video selections.

SPECIAL FUNCTION PLAYBACK

INFO
Press the INFO button to display:
1. The type of disc
2. Current chapter
3. Total number of chapters
/UP/DOWN
)
4. Elapsed time in the current title
5. Type of audio information
RETURN
Press the RETURN key to navigate to the previous
menu screen.
SECONDARY AUDIO
To select the secondary audio press the S AUDIO
key.
Press the S AUDIO key to select "X/Y English
DTS-HD LBR Stereo" and OFF.
"X" indicates the current audio;
"Y" indicates total number of audio tracks;
"English" indicates the language of country;
"DTS-HD LBR" indicates the description of the
current audio;
"Stereo" indicates the current audio.
Note: PIP is not available during search or
frame-by-frame playback. PIP functionality is also
referred to as Bonus View.
COLOR BUTTONS
The RED, GREEN, YELLOW and BLUE buttons
are used with interactive menus when playing a
BD-Video disc that includes Java technology
(BD-J). For more information about operating this
BD-J discs, please read the instructions that came
with the disc. The COLOR buttons are also used
with BD-Live discs.
