3. Check the boxes associated with the files and or folders you want
to back up and click Next.

4. By default, your selected files and/or folders will be backed up daily
at 10:00 pm. Click Finish to continue.

The Backup Schedule window displays and confirms where the selected
files/folders will be backed up, and that these files/folders will be backed up
daily at 10:00 PM.

To Disable (turn off) Scheduled Backups:
