Amplification & Power Handling Wharfedale Pro loudspeakers should be driven by professional quality amplifiers capable of providing adequate headroom when operating at high levels. A low powered amplifier with insufficient drive capability will not allow the full performance of the loudspeaker to be realised. A low powered amplifier is also more likely to be driven into clip and damage to your loudspeakers. -
