FRU or action, in sequence
Confirm the supervisor password and try again. To
clear the error, enter ThinkPad Setup.
Turn off the computer and remove the WAN card.
Press F1 to enter ThinkPad Setup. Press F9, and Enter
to load the default setting. Then save the current
setting by pressing F10, and restart the computer.
Replace the battery with the correct Lenovo battery
for this system.
FRU or action, in sequence
1. Ensure that every connector is connected tightly
and correctly.
2. Memory module.
3. System board.
1. Reseat memory module.
2. System board.
A power-on password or a supervisor password is set.
Type the password and press Enter.
A hard-disk password is set. Type the password and
press Enter.
Solution
Ensure that memory modules are installed correctly. If
they are, and you still hear the beeps, have the computer
serviced.
PCI resource allocation failure. Power off the computer
and remove the device from the ExpressCard slot. If the
beeps persist, have the computer serviced.
The video function has a problem. Have the computer
serviced.
The Security Chip has a problem. Have the computer
serviced.
