Keypad lock (keyguard)

Use the keypad lock to prevent the keys from being
accidentally pressed.
To turn on the display light when the keypad lock is on,
press the power key.
• To lock: In the standby mode, press

When the keypad lock is on, calls may be possible to the
official emergency number programmed into your device.

Volume and loudspeaker control

To increase or decrease the volume level when you have
an active call or are listening to a sound, press the side
volume key.
The built-in stereo loudspeaker allows you to speak and
listen from a short distance without having to hold the
device to your ear.
Warning: Do not hold the device near your ear
when the loudspeaker is in use, because the volume
may be extremely loud.
