Oil level indicator light "
The light comes on when the main
switch is at " * " or when there is little oil
in the oil tank during operation. If the
oil warning light comes on during
operation, refill the tank immediately
with Yamalube 2-cycle engine oil or air
cooled 2-stroke engine oil (in
accordance with the JASO FC or
ISO EG-C, EG-D standard). When the
tank is refilled, the indicator light will go
off.
NOTE:
If the oil level indicator light does not
come on while the key is at "
Yamaha dealer inspect it.
CAUTION:
Do not run the scooter until you
know it has sufficient engine oil.
