Setting up the hob

Activating the
burners
The following should be
done:
A spark will be produced
by all the burner igniters
simultaneously

There are 4 gas burners on the hob. This section
explains how to use the gas burners.

Please make sure that the burner covers are firmly in
place on top of the burner assemblies. The burner
channels should not be filled. All components must be
clean and dry.
1.
Open up the hob lid. The upper lid should be kept
open as long as the electric oven is working.
2.
Push the switch of the burner you wish to ignite the
burner you want and turn it to the left until the big
flame Å symbol appears.
3.
Keep on pushing the switch and push the lighter
button. The gas burner ignites.
4.
Adjust the flame as you wish. Between the
closed and Å positions, the flame size is not fixed.
You must therefore always choose between the
bigger flame Å and the smaller flame å .
