Setting the time zone
This setting allows you to set a time zone for the location of the
network update.
1 In the »Time/Date« menu, press »

For setting the summer time in Central Europe, select »Time/Date«
in the menu, then select the »Daylight savings« option and set DST

Registering the device with the WLAN router

Perform the registration process in the proximity of the router in order
to avoid problems with the WLAN range.
Call the main menu of the device, go to the »System settings« ©
»Network settings« menu, select the network connection and start
the wizard.
During this registration procedure, the device checks the configura-
tion of the WLAN router (e.g. network encryption) and displays it.
1 Switch on the WLAN router.
Note:
The network name (SSID) must be visible and the MAC address
of the device must be enabled in the WLAN router.
To call the MAC address (Unique product ID), press and hold
»i«. To switch off the MAC address, press »i« again.
2 Press »MENU« to open the main menu.
