Initial setup

Language setting
When you press TV MENU for the fi rst time, the
LANGUAGE setup menu will appear
automatically.
Select from among 3 languages: English, French and
Spanish.
Press / to select the desired language

from the list.

Please set correct date and time manually.
Press / to select "CLOCK SET", then

Press / to set the MONTH, then press
to move to the next.
Set the DAY, YEAR and TIME (hour and
minuite) as above step.
After setting the date and time correctly,
press ENTER.
Antenna setting
Make sure what kind of connection is made with your
TV/DVD when selecting "AIR" or "CABLE".
Press / to select "AIR/CABLE", then

press / to select "AIR" or "CABLE".

Channel search
AUTO CHANNEL MEMORY makes the TV/DVD look
for all channels viewable in the set area.
Press / to select "AUTO CH MEMORY"

memorizing all the channels available in
your area.

approximately 10 minutes to complete memorizing
digital cable channels, please be patient.
Skipping stored channel
You can set channel selection disabled using CH
Press TV MENU and the MENU screen

Press / to select "ADD/DELETE", and

then press / . Now, the channel list
becomes selectable.
Press / to select the channel which you

want to skip.
Press / to select "DELETE" for selected

channel.
Press EXIT to return to the normal screen.

Now, skipping channel is applied.
• To add a digital channel you are watching:
Select a channel you want to add. Then select "ADDING
CHANNEL" in step 4, press
• To release the skipping channel:
Select "ADD" in step 6.
• To remove all the channels from channel memory:
Select "CLEAR ALL" after step 3, and the press
