Battery • Remove the two screws holding the battery clamp to the vehicle body. • Remove the battery clamp. Set the battery clamp and screws aside. Do not throw out the battery clamp or screws. You will use them when installing your battery (see page 29).

Handlebar Harness Wire Cover • Fit the wrapped portion of the handlebar harness into the wire cover. • Fit the tab on the wire cover into the notch in the switch to lock the two parts together.
