NOTE:
When the buttons indicated by "3" (SET/ENTER, 2, 3, 5 and
∞) are pressed, if all of them blink, the remote control will
return to the monitor's menu setting mode.
To use SAT, press the MENU button to turn off the menu setting
mode.

SAT CONTROL BUTTONS
CABLE and SAT cannot be selected at the same time.
When SAT is preset by REMOTE CODE SET UP , the remote
control unit buttons will function as shown below.
When a satellite broadcast tuner is connected to the
Monitor, press the input selector button that has the same
number as the connected input terminal and set the mode
switch to CBL/SAT.
The tuner can be operated using buttons 1 to 3 and 4 to
6.
Satellite broadcast tuners which are made by other makers
and are not preset can also be operated with the remote
control unit if buttons 1 to 6 have learnt the functions
(see page 43).
1 Direct channel selection buttons
Press the button (or buttons) that corresponds to the channel
that you wish to watch.
2 SOURCE POWER button
Turns the power of the SAT (digital satellite system tuner) on
and off.
3 Select/Set buttons (SET/ENTER, 2, 3, 5, ∞)
2, 3, 5, ∞:
Press the button to select items on the SAT
GUIDE screen or SAT MENU screen.
SET/ENTER: Press to activate the selected function.
4 CH ENTER button
Fix the selected channel with the direct channel selection
buttons.
This button is not preset. Use this button to learn if
necessary.
5 SAT MENU button
When this button is pressed, the satellite broadcasting menu
will be displayed.
6 SAT GUIDE button
When this button is pressed, information on satellite
broadcasting will be displayed.
