To send a calendar note with your message:

move or copy the calendar
note to the selected date
> Tools > Calendar
> View all notes
To
scroll to the desired calendar
note
select the calendar note
open the options menu
scroll to Send note
select Send note
scroll to Send as text
select Send as text
edit the selected calendar
note
select a main recipient
open your phonebook
