Automatic Drawer Switching

The copier switches automatically to a suitable paper drawer when the
current paper drawer is empty. Suitable paper drawers must have the
same paper size and the same paper alignment as the current paper
drawer.
For example, if your copier is equipped with a 250-sheet tray and two 500-
sheet trays, you can produce up to 2,250 copies without interruption.

Automatic Reset of Copier Settings

The copier is automatically reset to the default settings about 60 seconds
after the last copy cycle.
The time before activation of automatic reset can be changed. For more
information, see page 8.

Energy Save Mode

Energy Save mode is automatically activated approximately 15 minutes
after the last copy cycle. When in energy save mode, the copier uses less
energy.
The time before Energy Save mode is activated can be changed. For
more information, see page 5-8.

Auto Shut Off

(Only possible if no printer controller is installed.)
The copier is automatically shut off about 30 minutes after the last copy
cycle. In this mode, the copier uses even less power than in energy save
mode.
The time before activation of automatic Shut Off can be changed. For
more information, see page 5-8.

Sleep Mode

(Only possible if a printer controller is installed.)
The copier is switched to sleep mode approximately 30 minutes after the
last copy cycle completes. In this mode, the copier uses even less power
than in energy save mode.
The time before sleep mode is activated can be changed. For more
information, see page 5-8.
