Symptom

Resolution
Restart your phone to refresh the memory.
Uninstall applications you are no longer using.
Check the network signal strength. With only 1
or 2 bars, the battery has to work harder to
maintain network contact. Switch off Wi-Fi,
Bluetooth & GPS if you are not using them.
Tip: You can add the power management widget
to your home screen to easily switch off
functions. The battery may be worn out.
Confirm the charger is properly inserted.
Remove the battery, clean the contacts and
check it is inserted correctly. The battery may be
worn out.
Tip: Charge the phone by connecting to a
computer using the USB lead supplied.
