    ASSEMBLY Assembly requires two persons. Place all parts of the exercise cycle in a cleared area and remove the packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. Assembly requires the includ- ed tools and your own adjustable wrench and Phillips screwdriver Use the drawings below to identify the small parts used for assembly.
  • Page 5 3. Attach the Left and Right Frame Covers (19, 3) around the Frame (1) with an M4 x 15mm Round Head Screw (58) and two M5 x 15mm Round Head Screws (59) as shown. 4. Attach the Seat (12) to the Seat Carriage (29) with four M8 Split Washers (42) and four M8 Nylon Locknuts (10).
  • Page 6 6. While another person holds the Upright (13) near the Frame (1) as shown, connect the Extension Wire (23) to the Reed Switch Wire (39). Then, push the wires downward into the Frame (1). Next, insert the Upright (13) into the Frame (1). Be careful to avoid pinching the wires.
