• Batteries emit hydrogen which is an explosive gas. While charging, keep cart in well
ventilated areas.

Do not cover the cart while charging as an accumulation of hydrogen gas could result in
an explosion.

Charger:

On-board Charger
The charger is located beneath the front body, mounted on the rear outer wall of the front
trunk section. It begins the charge cycle after connecting the power plug to the charging
receptacle inside the 'fuel' cap on the driver's side of the cart. At the same time the
LED indicator located on the driver's side of the dash will flash to show the charger is
charging the battery pack, when fully charged the LED will stop blinking and remain lit until
the charger is disconnected.
Troubleshooting Instructions
If a fault occurs, count the number of red flashes on LED indicator, located on the side of the
charger, between pauses and refer to the table below and instructions:

Charge timeout caused by
battery pack not reaching
required voltage. Charger
output was reduced to high
temperatures.

Check battery: battery could not
be trickle charged up to
minimum voltage.
Solution
Check battery size and condition
and reset charger (interrupt AC
power for 15 seconds).

temperature.
Check for shorted or damaged cells.
