    MATRIX - GX2000E For the mariner who already has AIS on-board and desires a VHF with the features of the MATRIX AIS, the MATRIX GX2000E has a connection for an AIS receiver or transponder. The MATRIX Series VHF’s are capable of DSC (Digital Selective Calling) Class D operation.

    CHANGING THE GPS TIME From the Factory the GX2000E/GX2100E shows GPS satellite time or UTC time when an optional GPS is connected. A time offset is needed to show the local time in your area. The Time Offset must be changed in order for the radio to display the current time in your area.
