Connecting to a TV with a SCART socket

Make sure your TV and any other equipment you are connecting is switched off.

Unplug your TV from the wall socket.

Take the aerial out of your TV and connect it to the `RF IN' socket on the back panel of the digital receiver.
Connect the SCART cable that came with the receiver between the TV socket on the back panel of your

receiver and the SCART socket on your TV.
Switch on your receiver at the wall socket. The green light on the front panel will come on.

Switch on your TV.

Connecting to a TV without a SCART socket

Make sure your TV and any other equipment you are connecting is switched off.

Unplug your TV from the wall socket.

Take the aerial lead out of your TV and connect it to the RF IN socket on the back panel of the

receiver.
Connect the RF cable that came with your receiver between the `RF OUT' socket on the receiver and the

aerial socket on your TV.
Switch on your digital receiver at the wall socket. The green light on the front panel will come on.

Switch on your TV.

You will now need to tune a spare channel on your TV to the digital receiver. The digital receiver
7
automatically uses UHF channel 18. For more information on channel installation, please read the user
guide.
