  • Page 3 The slide switch must be in the “on” position for the passive unlock feature to work. For total passive exiting and entry operations, you should have your security system programmed for “Automatic Passive Arming”. (Applies to 6904A and 6908A only) The security system is now disarmed!
  • Page 4 Removable Valet/Override Switch Operation To provide a higher level of protection, all Silencer ® security systems are supplied with the patented removable valet switch system. The removable valet switch is used to override the security system in the event that the transmitters are lost or fail to operate and to put the security system in non-operational mode (valet) for vehicle servicing etc.

Option #1: Remote Power Door Lock/Unlock Control (All Models) Note: Your vehicle must have an electronic door locking system for this feature to operate.
  • Page 7 Option #6: Dual Zone Shock Sensor (Applies to 6908A and 6918A Only) Installing option #6 will increase the level of security provided by your Silencer security system. Zone #1 of the dual zone shock sensor will detect lighter non-threatening disturbances that would normally set off most sensors and trigger the security system.
