Menu functions
Note: Do not use this
feature illegally! Music
can be protected by
copyright. The recording of
such music and
transferring of music files
is permitted for your
personal use only. It is
illegal to copy such music
tracks for the purpose of
selling or distributing
them.
To record music from the FM radio,
turn the radio on and select the
Recorder
option from the
menu. To record from external
audio equipment, first connect the
device to the phone. Start playing
the external audio equipment and
then select the
Recorder
You can record or transfer music
files of up to 2 hours of near CD-
quality music to the approximately
64 MB of free memory in your
phone.
To stop recording, press Stop. Then
select either
Save
• If you select to save the music
recording, type in the track
name and press
Type in the name of the artist
and press
music track is now saved in
your device memory.
You cannot make phone calls
while recording music with your

You can view and play the music
tracks that you have stored in your
phone. You can also remove tracks.
To play one of the music tracks on
the list, select the track, press
(Options), and select Play. The
Music player
starts to play the
selected track. After the track has
ended, the
Music player
playing the following tracks on the
list. To return to the

To delete music tracks, select a
track, press
Track list
and select Delete. You
can also select the
option to check the amounts of
free and used memory in your
phone.
