Customer service

According to the P.R.C "Regulations on the
S
liabilities for the repair, replacement and
return of some commodity goods", this
appliance is regarded as a domestic
electrical appliance. From the date of sale, its
principal component parts are covered by
warranty for three years, while the complete
unit is covered for one year. All domestic
electrical appliances purchased for industrial,
commercial or collective company use have
a warranty period of 3 months, both for the
entire unit and for its principal component
parts, unless otherwise stated in the terms of
the purchase contract.
The warranty conditions for commodity
S
goods offered for sale either by the
manufacturer or by the retailer at reduced or
special prices are the same as above,
however there is no warranty on component
parts sold at reduced prices.
For the purpose of returning goods for
S
repair within the warranty period, the
consumer must be in possession of a valid
purchase invoice and other associated
guarantee certificates as defined by the
manufacturer. The guarantee validity period
is calculated from the date of invoice issue.
The consumer should keep the warranty
card and the sales invoice in a safe place
and must produce them when returning
goods for repair. If the consumer loses the
purchase invoice, the guarantee validity
period should be calculated according to
the date of manufacture.
The following cases are not included in the
S
scope of the warranty for free of charge
services, and repairs must be paid for by the
consumer.
