An Important Message to Cadillac Owners . . .

Cadillac's Commitment to You
We are committed to assure your satisfaction with your
new Cadillac.
Your Cadillac dealer also wants you to be completely
satisfied and invites you to return for all your service
needs both during and after the warranty period.
Vehicle Operation and Care
Considering the investment you have made in your
Cadillac, we know you will want to operate and
maintain it properly. We urge you to follow the
maintenance instructions contained in your owner's
manual and maintenance booklet.
If you have questions on how to keep your Cadillac in
good working condition, see your Cadillac dealer, the
place many Cadillac customers choose to have their
maintenance work done. You can rely on your Cadillac
dealer to use the proper parts and repair practices.
Maintenance Records
Retain receipts covering performance of regular
maintenance. Receipts can be very important if a
question arises as to whether a malfunction is
caused by lack of maintenance or a defect in
material or workmanship.

Receipts should be retained in the glove box literature
portfolio. Also, a "Maintenance Record" is provided in
the maintenance booklet. All required maintenance
items and the intervals at which each is to be performed
are listed in it as well as an area to apply the validation
stamp and the date, mileage and dealer which performed
the service.
Owner Assistance
Your Cadillac dealer is best equipped to provide all your
service needs. In the event you have any questions or
concerns, talk to a member of dealer management. If you
still need assistance, follow the additional procedure
outlined in "Owner Assistance" on page 25 of this booklet.
We thank you for choosing a Cadillac.
