Utility Folder Installation Notes

AWD Flash Memory Utility
The AWD Flash Memory Utility allows you to update the BIOS file
on the mainboard to a newer version. You can download the latest
version of the BIOS Setup Utility available for your mainboard from
the Award Web site (www.award.com).

PC-cillin Software
The PC-cillin software program provides anti-virus protection for
your system. This program is available for:
q DOS – \UTILITY\PC-CILLIN\DOS\PCSCAN.EXE
q Win98 – \UTILITY\PC-CILLIN\WIN98\SETUP.EXE
Anti -virus software is provided for DOS and WIN98. Browse to
the appropriate directory for your operating system. For DOS,
copy all the files in the DOS folder to your hard disk drive and
run PSCAN to scan your system. For Windows 98, run SETUP
to install the application software.
GAMUT
To install the Gamut audio rack software for the built-in sound
system go to the directory \UTILITY\GAMUT, then run
SETUP.EXE to install the applic ation software.
MediaRing Talk
To install the MediaRing Talk voice modem software for the built-in
modem, go to the directory \UTILITY\MEDIARING TALK; then run
MRTALK-SETUP7.2.EXE to install the application software.
Super Voice
To install the Super Voice voice, fax, data communication
appl ication for use with the built-in fax/modem, go the directory
\UTILITY\SUPER VOICE; then run PICSHELL.EXE to install the
application software.
