Removing the turnspit

Warning: The turnspit is very hot when the cooking process has ended.
When taking it out, there is the risk of burns!
1. Switch off the oven.
2. Place the handle on the turnspit
3. Press the clip down.

The clip must be kept pressed down to keep the handle secure on the
turnspit.
4. Remove the turnspit with the food.
