NOTE
• For safety purposes, the projector will automatically shut down (and
the indicator lamps will turn off) when the projector becomes overheated. In
this situation, disconnect the power cord, and wait at least 45 minutes. After the
projector has sufficiently cooled down, please confirm that the lamp and lamp
cover are securely and properly fastened, and then turn the power on again.

Resetting all settings

When you cannot easily correct the projector settings, you can use the FACTORY
RESET feature in the OPTION>SERVICE menu (56) to reset the all the projector
settings (except for: LANGUAGE, RESET LAMP HOURS, RESET FILTER HOURS,
FILTER MESSAGE, SECURITY and NETWORK) to factory default.

There is a possibility that the projector has
overheated.
Please turn the power off, and allow the projector to cool down at least
20 minutes. After the projector has sufficiently cooled down, please check
the following items, and then turn the power on again.

• Is there blockage of the air passage aperture?

• Is the air filter dirty?
• Does the peripheral temperature exceed 35°C?
If the same indicator re-appears after fixing the above, please
review FAN SPEED HIGH in the OPTION>SERVICE menu

It is time to clean the air filter.
Please immediately turn the power off, and clean or
change the air filter referring to the section Cleaning
and replacing the air filter. After cleaning or changing

the air filter, please be sure to reset the filter hours.
After the remedy, reset the power to ON.
There is a possibility that the interior portion
has become overcooled.
Please use the unit within the usage temperature

parameters (5°C to 35°C).
After the treatment, reset the power to ON.
At least 1 Power ON schedule is saved to the
Turned
projector.
