Create an Email Message

1. From Compose, enter a recipient's email
address. Touch Add icon to access
contacts, groups or recently used addresses.
You can message up to ten recipients at
once. Use comma or spaces to separate
addresses.
2. Enter a subject.
3. Enter a message.
4. If applicable, touch Attach to select a file
from your phone or to create a new file to
send with your message.
5. If applicable, touch More icon to access
more features.
6. When done, touch Send.
Note: You can only send email messages with
correctly configured accounts.

Reply to Email Messages

When you receive email, notifications appear
in your Inbox. To reply to an email:
1. From Inbox, touch a notification. If
needed, the email is downloaded to your
phone. If the download takes a long time,
an alert appears.
2. When viewing the message, touch Reply
(to compose your message) or More icon
(to access more features).
3. Complete your email message.

Send and Receive Email
Messages
Touch , to receive messages from your
incoming mail server and to send any messages
in your Outbox to your outgoing mail server.
Note: The only works with one email account
at a time. Use Email Accounts to switch
accounts.

Email Options

Attach Files with Email Messages
1. When composing a message, touch Attach.
2. Select a file to add to your email message.
To remove a file, select .
3. Complete your email message.
Save Email Messages to Drafts
When composing a message, select More icon
> Save Email when entering the text. Your
phone saves the email message to Drafts for
you to complete at a later time.
Enable CC and BCC Fields
1. When composing a message, select More
icon > Add CC/BCC to enable the CC and
BCC address fields.
To disable the CC and BCC fields, select
Remove CC/BCC.
2. Complete your email message.
