Audio Adjustments

The display for AUDIO MENU is the same regardless of which source you operate from.
sDisplaying the AUDIO MENU
1 Press A.MENU (AUDIO) button in each source display.
MENU is displayed.
2 Press 5 or ∞ to select "AUDIO", and press A.MENU (AUDIO) button.
The AUDIO MENU is displayed as follows:
FADER/BALANCE (fader/balance adjustment), EQUALIZER MENU (equalizer curve
adjustment), BASS (bass), TREBLE (treble), LOUDNESS (loudness), SUBWOOFER
(subwoofer), NON FADING(non fading), HPF (HIGH PASS FILTER), SLA (SOURCE
LEVEL ADJUSTMENT)
You can operate a desired function. For details, refer to the pages for each of the func-
tions.
"NON FADING" is only displayed when "S.W. CONTROL:EXTERNAL" is set in INI-
TIAL SETTINGS MENU. ("SUB WOOFER" is not displayed.)
When the subwoofer controller setting is "S.W. CONTROL:INTERNAL" or "REAR
SPEAKER:SUBWOOFER", you can switch the "SUB WOOFER". (Refer to page 152.)
When the subwoofer controller setting is only "S.W. CONTROL:EXTERNAL", you can switch
the non fading output on/off mode. (Refer to page 152.)
When selecting the FM tuner as the source, you cannot switch to "SLA".
Select "BACK" in the MENU display or press BACK/FUNK button to return to the previous
display.
To return to the playback display, press BAND/ESC button.
When the setting is "REAR SPEAKER:SUBWOOFER", "FADER/BALANCE" indications are
for "BALANCE".
If you do not operate the audio function within about 30 seconds, the display is automati-
cally returned to the source display.
