6 Prewash button
Select this option if you wish your laundry to be
prewashed before the main wash (not available for
wool and handwash cycle).
The prewash cycle ends with a short spin at 650 r.p.m.
in programmes for cotton and synthetic fabrics,
whereas in the programme for delicate fabrics the
water is only drained.

7 Quick wash button

This option can be used for lightly soiled items (not for
wool, hand wash, E60°, E40°, AA 40°
40° ) in order to obtain a good washing program in a
short time. The washing time will be reduced
according to the type of fabric and the selected
temperature.
8 Stain button
Select this option to treat heavily soiled or stained
laundry with stain remover. Pour it into compartment
marked
(prewash). The stain remover will be
loaded from the Prewash compartment when the
°
temperature will be 40
C. The washing time will be
prolonged.
This option is not selectable for delicates, wool,
handwash or programmes with temperatures lower
°
than 40
C. This function cannot be used with
PREWASH
option.

9 Super rinse button

This option can be selected with all programmes,
except the wool programme and handwash. The
machine will add 2 rinses to the selected program.
This option is recommended for people who are
allergic to detergents and in areas where the water is
very soft.
10 START/PAUSE button
This button has two functions:
Start – Pause.
After having selected the required programme,
press this button to start the machine; the
corresponding pilot light stops flashing.
To interrupt a programme which is running, depress
the Start/Pause button: the corresponding pilot light
starts start to flash.
To restart the programme from the point at which it
was interrupted, press the START/PAUSE button
again.

11 Programme progress display

By selecting the wash programme, the pilot lights
corresponding to the various phases making up the
programme come on.
After the machine has started, only the running
phase pilot light stays on. When the programme has
finished, the End

At the same time an alarm code appears on the
display.
1 flash = the machine does not fill
2 flashes = the machine does not empty
4 flashes = the door has not been closed
To eliminate the problem, see paragraph "Something
not working".
If at the end of the programme the pilot light
flashes this means that the drain filter must be
cleaned.
