BEFORE ASKING FOR SERVICE

Before asking for service, please check each item below if you have trouble with your air conditioner.
PROBLEM
The dehumidifi er will not
operate.
The dehumidifi er is not
working as well.
The dehumidifi er is noisy
The following displays indicate an error or problem:

The dehumidifi er is defrosting
P2
The water tank is full
E1
The humidity sensor is off or shorted
E2
The temperature sensor is off or shorted
CAUSE
1.
The power is "off"
2.
The power cord is unplugged
3.
The water tank is not correctly
positioned
4.
The water tank is full
5.
The dehumidifi er is defrosting
1.
The air fi lter is blocked
2.
There are windows or doors
open in the room
3.
The air outlets or inlets are
blocked
1.
The dehumidifi er is not on a
stable surface
2.
The air fi lter is blocked
PROBLEM
1.
Turn the power "on"
2.
Plug in the power cord
3.
Reposition the water tank
4.
Empty the water tank
5.
After the dehumidifi er defrosts, it
will run again.
1.
Clean the air fi lter
2.
Close the windows or doors
3.
Remove the blockages in front of
the air outlets or inlets
1.
Reposition the dehumidifi er
2.
Clean the air fi lter
The dehumidifi er will auto-restart after
the defrost is complete
Empty the water tank
Turn off the dehumidifi er and contact a
technician
Turn off the dehumidifi er and contact a
technician
