General Email Settings

You can edit the general settings of your email.
1. Tap > Messages > Email, tap an account, and then tap
– or –
Tap > Apps
2. Tap General:
Auto-advance: Choose which screen to show after you delete a message.

▪ Message text size: Select the message text size. (Standard mode only.)
▪ Reply all: Check if you want to display "Reply all" option as default. (Standard
mode only.)
▪ Ask to show pictures: Tap if you want to be asked before pictures in messages
are to be displayed.

Email Account Settings

You can edit settings for your individual email accounts, such as email address and
password, name display and signature, frequency of retrieval, and more.
1. Tap > Messages > Email, tap an account, and then tap
– or –
Tap > Apps
2. Select the email account you want to edit.
3. Set the following options. Some options are available to corporate accounts only:
Note: In Starter mode, tap Detail settings displayed at the bottom of the screen to see all
available options.
▪ Account name: Edit your account name.
▪ Your name: Edit your name displayed on your emails.
Signature: Create an email signature for your outgoing emails.
