1. always keep the Slow Cooker unplugged when it is not in use or without inner pot or the inner pot is empty. . do not place the Slow Cooker in any place that is unstable, humid, near fire or any heat sources to prevent any accident or malfunctions. - Page 4 6. once the cooking cycle is finished, the unit switches to stand-by mode for 10 minutes. after 10 minutes the unit automatically switches to “keep warm” mode. the default time for “keep warm” is 10 hours. finally, the slow cooker will switch back to stand-by mode.
