Answer
If the headset is plugged into the device,
the speaker is automatically shut off.
Disconnect the headset.
Check that the device volume setting is
not muted.
Check that the volume control is not at its
lowest setting.
A small amount of memory is reserved for
system security.
You may be trying to view an image that
is not supported. Refer to "Supported
formats" on page 59 for more
information.
You may be trying to view a video that is
not supported. Refer to "Multimedia" on
page 74 for more information.
You may be trying to play a file that is not
supported. Refer to "Multimedia" on
page 74 for more information.
Tap APPS > Settings > About tablet to
check the OS version (Kernel/build
number) and other hardware and
software information.
Tap APPS > Settings > About tablet >
Device Information. You can also look
on the underside of the card slot cover.

Polaris Office currently supports Word
97-2003, Word 2007, Excel 97-2003,
Excel 2007, PowerPoint 97-2003, and
PowerPoint 2007.
Polaris Office doesn't support documents
with password protection.
Microsoft Office 2010 files are not fully
supported on the current version of
Polaris Office.
