Features of Your Microwave Oven
(For TIME COOK and DEFROST cycles)
To remind you that you have food in the
oven, the oven will display "End" and beep
once a minute until you either open the oven
door or touch the CLEAR/OFF pad.
1. Door Handle. Pull to open
door. Door must be securely
latched for oven to operate.
2. Door Latches.
3. Window with Metil Shield.
Screen allows cooking to be viewed
while keeping microwaves confined
in oven.
4. Model and Serial Numbers.
5. Oven Vent.
6. Mode Stirrer Cover. Protects
the microwave energy distributing
system. Do not remove the cover.
You will damage the oven.

Temperature Probe. Use with
functions only.

8. Receptacle for Temperature
Probe. Probe must be securely
inserted into receptacle before oven
will start any temperature or Auto
Roast cooking.
9. Two Position Metal Shelf.
Doubles the oven capacity when
reheating or cooking smaller food

see pages 30 and 31.)
10. Oven Floor.
14. Oven Light. Light comes on
when door is opened or when oven
is operating in any function.

16. Hood Controls.
Fan. Press HI, LO or OFF.
Light. Press ON, NIGHT or OFF.
17. Smoke & Spatter Shield. This
convenient shield is hinged. When
using the range top, flip the shield
down into the OUT position where
it will direct surface smoke to the
exhaust system. When the vent fan
is not in use, flip the shield up
under the oven.
