HOW TO OPERATE THE REMOTE CONTROL
Installing the battery
Slide the tray out from the back of the remote control and insert battery with
the (+) and minus (-) poles pointing in the proper direction.
• When use for the first time, pull out the film protruding the tray.
CAUTIONS
• Remove battery if the remote control is not used for a month or longer.
• Do not store battery with metallic materials.
• In the event of battery leakage, replace the old battery with a new one. Clean first the surface of
the remote control including the compartment of the battery.
• When disposing of used batteries, make sure that you comply with government regulations and
environmental safety procedures in your area.
Using the remote control
Point the remote control in the direction of the front panel to operate.
IMPORTANT
• Do not store the remote control in high temperatures or direct sunlight.

GENERAL OPERATIONS

1. POWER
By pressing , the unit is switched on. Press and hold again to turn off unit.
2. SELECT BUTTON
3. VOLUME KNOB (Turn left or right to adjust)
In standard operation, the VOLUME control (3) is for setting the volume.
Press the SELECT button (2) once or several times, to change the parameters BAS (bass control), TRB
(treble control), BAL (balance control) and FAD (fader control) by turning the VOLUME control (3)

Without RDS (for USA Area): Press and hold VOL to adjust BEEP/TADJ TIME/AUDIO DSP/AREA
BEEP MODE (2)
Press the VOL knob again (for more than 2 seconds) to activate Selecting mode for BEEP:

This unit supports both the USA and EUROPE radio frequencies tuning. Turn VOL knob to adjust
between the two frequencies.
