If you have signed in to your Windows Live,
Facebook, or other accounts that support online
chat, you can send and receive online messages
to your friends in these accounts.
From Start, touch the Messaging tile and flick left
or right to online messaging.
 Touch
to create a new message.
 Touch
to pick a status.
