OPENI NGANDCLOSINGTHE DISPENSER
DRAWER
• Slowlyopenthedispenserdrawer byfirst sliding
thesafetylatch tothe right, then pullingthedrawer
outuntilitstops.
• After adding lau ndryproducts, slowtyclosethe
dispenserdrawer.Closingthedrawertooquicldy
could resultinearlydispensingofthebleach and
fabricsoftener.
• Laund ryprod ucts used vvith powderorliquid
detergent, such ascolor-safe bleach,water
condilJoner, detergent booster, andenzyme
products should beaddedtotheemptytub before
loading.
Note: Fromtimetotimeyou mayseewaterinthe
bleach andfabricsoftener compartments. This isa
resultofthesiphoning action and is partofthe
norrnaloperalJonofthewasher.
B DETERGENT
• Add measureddetergenttoflqedetergent
compartmentofthedispenserdrawer.
• Detergentisflushed fromthedispenser atthe
beginningofthecycle. Either powdered orliquid
detergentcan beused. Note: Uquid detergentwill
drain intothewasher drum asitis added.
• Lowsudsingdetergentis recommendedforthis
washer. UsethemanufactureCs recommended

• Iflowsudsing detergent is not available, a red uced
amountofregulardetergentmaybeused.
Becausereducingtheamountofdetergent may
reducecteaning, itisimportantto pretreatstains,
sort carefully bycolor and soil level, and avoid
overloading.
• Detergentusagemayneedtobeadjustedforwater
temperature, waterhardness, sizeand soil level of
theload.
• For best results,avoid oversudsing.

C UQUlD BLEACH
• Ifdesired,measureouttherecommendedamount
ofliquid chlorine bleach (notto exceed 1/3 cup (80
mL))and pour itintothecentercompartment

• Do not exceedthe maximumflll Iine. Overfilling
can causeearlydispensing oBhebleachwhich
could resultindamaged clothes.
• Donot pour undiluted liquidchlorinebleachdirectly
ontotheIoad orintothedrum. Fabricdamagecan
occur.
• Donotusepowdered bIeachinthedispenser.

• Diluteconcentrated softenersvvithvvarmvvaterto
the Fill Line.
• Do not exceed themaximumfill line. OverfilIing
can causeearlydispensing ofthefabricsoftener
which could resultin stained clothes.
• Do not pour fabricsoftener directlyon the
washload.
• Useofa fabricsoftenerdispensing ballis not
recommendedintumbteactionwashers.
