5. Disconnect the Mini-Card antenna cables (see
 
6. Note of the routing of the Mini-Card antenna cables and remove them from the routing guides on the bottom of the computer.
 
7. Remove the fourteen screws that secure the palm rest to the computer base.

10. Lift the connector latch, then pull the pull-tab to disconnect the touch pad cable from the connector on the system board.
 
11. Pull the Mini-Card antenna cables up through the slot in the computer base.
 
12. Note the routing of the Mini-Card antenna cables and remove them from the routing guides on the palm rest.
 
13. Remove the six screws that secure the palm rest to the computer base.
