5 Remove the screws that secure the palm-rest to the system board.
CAUTION: Carefully separate the palm rest assembly from the display assembly
to avoid damage to the display assembly.
6 Using a plastic scribe, gently lift and release the tabs on palm rest from the slots on
the computer base.
7 Lift the palm rest off the computer base.
