This setting can be specified when the

photography mode is set to " ".
When you set this mode to "ON", the file size is
automatically fixed at "640". The camera
continues shooting for as long as you hold down
the shutter button.

You cannot use continuous shooting when the LCD
monitor is switched off.

You cannot use the flash or digital telephoto during
continuous shooting.

The focus and exposure are fixed at the values
selected when the shutter button was pressed.

When the self-timer is used to take pictures, 9-frame
photography is used.

Switching the camera off cancels continuous
shooting.

B SELF-TIMER PHOTOGRAPHY

This setting can be specified when the

photography mode is set to " ".

Use the " d c " buttons to select " SELF-TIMER"
and then select "ON" with the " ab " button to
switch the camera to self-timer photography.

Beep
Position the AF frame over the subject and
press the shutter button. The camera focuses on
the subject in the frame and self-timer starts to
run.

You can also use AF/AE lock in this mode (➡P.26).

Be careful not to stand in front of the camera when
you press the shutter button since this can cause
focusing or light metering errors.
