Create a group of contacts

From the Home screen, open the application list and
select Contacts.

Select Groups

Enter a name for the group.

Select Edit members.

Select members from the contact list and select Done.

When you are finished, select Done.

Change the calendar view

Select a view mode from the top of the calendar.
Day: Hourly blocks for one full day

List: A list of all scheduled appointments
