Internal callers will hear the information via the handset or the
loudspeaker. External callers will be routed to the operator who
also has access to your absent info.
Note: You can dial your own extension number if you want
to check your information.
Erase information, Save information
Lift the handset and press to erase info
or
Lift the handset
Press to deactivate and save for later use
Information is passive.
Use saved information
When the information is switched off:
Lift the handset
Press to activate saved info
Information is active.
