DV Messenger

Connection
? Canon camcorder: [Canon USB Video] or [Canon DV Device] does not
appear in the [Audio Tuning Wizard] dialog.
➜ Check if the camcorder is correctly connected to the computer using the USB
cable or DV cable.
➜ If you have a camcorder with NETWORK mode, check if the POWER switch is
set to NETWORK.
If you have a camcorder without NETWORK mode, check if the POWER
switch is set to position other than OFF.
➜ You have not performed the [Windows Messenger Audio Update].

? Cannot connect DV Messenger.
➜ DV Messenger does not connect if your contact has not started DV
Messenger. Retry after your contact has started DV Messenger.
If your contact does not have DV Messenger, ask him to download the latest
version of DV Messenger from the Canon homepage.
➜ DV Messenger does not connect if your contact is using DV Messenger
