Consumer states the handle screw will not attach

Solution 1:
Place your free hand on the front of the unit to apply pressure and push down on the handle
firmly to get it in place, while at the same time turning the screw on the back with a
screwdriver. **NOTE: It does require a bit of force. Will the handle screw attach now?
No
Release the 'Detent Lever' to lay unit flat on the ground. Turn unit
over so it is face down.
Insert screw into screw hole using a Phillips Head screw driver,
applying downward pressure on the screwdriver to insert the screw.
Does the handle attach now?
