    Setting the minute minder function You are able to set the minute minder at any time, regardless of whether an oven function has been selected. You can set a period of tim e using the minute minder function and an alarm ill sound when this period of time has elapsed and the oven will turn off.

    We would recommend that an appropriate stainless steel cleaner and polish is regularly used on the stainless steel surfaces of this appliance (BSO612SS o nly). Selecting an oven function The oven function selector knob should be used to select the particular mode of cooking that you require.

    Thermostat control k o o The oven thermostat control knob sets the required temperature of th e oven. It is possible to regulate the temperature within a range of 50 - 250°C. o Turn the control knob clockwise.
