    Subscription Requirements and Account Setup C|3 requires that you subscribe to a prepaid service that provides cellular connectivity to your vehicle system. The subscription service will be billed to you when you register your C|3 system and download the software to your cellular phone. You can download the C|3 software to as many cellular phones as you wish without incurring additional C|3 subscription costs.
