Synchronise your contacts and calendar
1 Launch the MAC Client.
2 Select Open Preferences > Sync.
3 Synchronisation is manual, unless you select another option from Sync with
Server, in which case synchronisation takes place automatically after the time
selected.
4 The default synchronisation direction is Two-way unless you select another option
from Sync Direction.
5 Close the Open Preferences... dialog. If you did not make a selection in the Sync
with Server dialog, select Sync All when you are ready to synchronise your media
files manually.

Manage files

About the file manager
> Office > Files.
Select
You can browse, manage, and open files on your phone.
View the files stored in your phone
> Office > Files and the desired memory.
Select
The files and folders at the top level of that memory location are displayed.
View the contents of a folder
Select the folder.
Organise files
You can create new folders, to help organise your files. This can make it easier to back
up or upload your content. Within folders, you can copy, move, or delete files and
subfolders.
> Office > Files.

Create a new folder
In the folder where you want to create a subfolder, select
Copy a file to a folder
Select and hold the file, and from the pop-up menu, select the appropriate option.
Delete a file from a folder
Select and hold the file, and from the pop-up menu, select the appropriate option.
