Regional availability
NOTE
As well as using LIVE services in your own country, you may also be able to use LIVE
services when travelling abroad. Not all LIVE services are available in all countries. For more
information on available services, go to tomtom.com/services.
Safety Notice
Your navigation device contains a GSM/GPRS module which can interfere with electrical
devices such as cardiac pacemakers and hearing aids.
Interference from these devices may endanger the health or life of others.

Activate LIVE Services
There are some functions which cannot be used with this navigation device if LIVE Services is
not activated. Activate LIVE Services using the following procedure.

NOTE
LIVE services registration will take a few minutes. If you start using LIVE services before
registration is finished, it may cause the navigation device to reset. This is a normal
occurrence and you can resume using LIVE services after the system is restored.
LIVE Services subscriptions
Checking your LIVE Services subscription
You can check the status of your subscriptions at any time, by doing the following on your
navigation device.
In the Main Menu, touch
Your navigation device also warns you when your LIVE Services subscription is approaching
the renewal date.

Renewing your LIVE Services subscription using your navigation device
1. In the Main Menu, touch
The current status of your LIVE Services is shown.
2. Touch on the service you want to renew.
Your navigation device confirms that you want to renew your subscription.
3. Touch
The renewal request is sent to TomTom. You should complete payment online, on or before
the date shown on your navigation device.
