1. Start button/run/Regedit
2. Set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SFCDisable = 1
2. Copy all USB files from CD to HDD.

replace file from this directory to system32\drivers.
3. Copy all test drivers to %windir%\system32\drivers.
3. Check USB driver version again.
1. USBEHCI.SYS - 3/20/2002.
2. USBPORT.SYS - 3/20/2001.
3. USBHUB.SYS - 3/20/2001.
Test USB 2.0 HDD with restart for 10 times. The USB 2.0 HDD can detection with any problem for all 10 times.
