3. Getting started

Software Launch

1. Double click the myDMX desktop icon. Note: if you do not have an interface connected to the PC, the
Software will launch in "Demo" mode and you will not be able to control any fixtures. If an interface is
Connected thereafter, the software will not recognize it. If this happens, you must close the myDMX
Program, connect the interface USB cable to the computer then re-launch the software.
There is no DMX output when the software is launched in this mode.
myDMX interface is connected and DMX signal should be present.
